We offer
Drinking water supply:
Connection to our supply network and supply with drinking water.
The charge for water is calculated according to the measured consumption and amounts to 0.70 €/m³ plus 19% VAT.
Household waste disposal:
Household waste can be handed in at Eurohafen Umschlaggesellschaft mbH in quantities customary for households. Waste must be separated in accordance with the statutes of the waste management company of the district of Emsland.
Electricity charging stations:
At Eurohafen Emsland, connections are provided at eight locations to supply ships with electricity. The power is 220 - 380 V/32 ampere.
The fee per kW/h is € 0.25 plus 19 % VAT.
The use of electricity must be registered on site with the harbour master.
Car parking spaces:
The skipper's car may be parked at the unloading berths. Cars may only be parked in the port area for loading and unloading. In addition, parking spaces are available outside the port area.

The Eurohafen Umschlaggesellschaft mbH operates the Eurohafen in Haren/Ems.
We only accept ships for unloading according to "German law 1994" regulations on loading and unloading times .
We accept reporting times for dry shipping from Mo to Sat from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Reporting times for tankers according to "German law 1994" regulations regards loading and unloading times.
Due to the high volume of ships in the Eurohafen and a discharge volume of 2,500 to 3,000 tons per day, we cannot accept any other arrangements. Yet we try to empty every barge as quickly as possible.
Unloading times that are different are only accepted if they have been agreed upon together with the Eurohafen Umlaufgesellschaft mbH and the respective customer prior to chartering. Written confirmation from the "Eurohafen" operations manager is required for these individual cases.
